Terms
Last updated 14 September 2026
IZeat is operated by Soltea (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa under 2024/051691/07. By using it you agree to what follows. Questions go to hello@izeat.app.
What IZeat is
A record of what you ate, written by your own assistant when you tell it, and read on the web. It compares your days to a target you chose. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for anyone qualified.
Your account
One account is one person, and that person is eighteen or older: IZeat is not for anyone under eighteen, and an account opened by a minor is closed when we learn of it. Keep the email on it working: it is how you sign in and how we reach you. The assistants you connect act in your name; you are responsible for them, and you can revoke any of them from the account page at any time.
Acceptable use
Use IZeat for your own data. Do not scrape it, do not try to reach another customer’s data, and do not use it to harm anyone.
Your data is yours
You can export all of it, as CSV or JSON, with one download for each format. You can delete the account whenever you want: your identity, connections and sign-in are removed after a 30-day grace period during which signing in again cancels the deletion; your meals and targets are kept without any link to you. How we handle data is on the privacy page. What you record about your food is health-related data; by creating an account you agree to IZeat keeping it for you, as that page describes.
The service
We may change IZeat, and we will not take away what you built. Prices are published on this site before any charge, and a 7-day free trial, without a card, precedes any purchase. We tell you before any renewal, and you can cancel in one click from the account page.
Any plan, monthly, annual or lifetime, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. That stands for every charge, on every plan, wherever you live, and nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you where you live.
The refund request on your account page works once per account. After that, write to hello@izeat.app: a person reads it and the money goes back the same way. We may decline a refund where there is fraud or abuse. Asking for the money back and buying again, over and over, is abuse; we will say so plainly rather than quietly stop answering. We may also decline to sell a new plan to an account, and if we do we say so.
We make the refund in Polar, the seller on your receipt, and it returns to the card you paid with. A refunded subscription ends with the refund. After 14 days a subscription simply ends on the date you cancel, and we do not refund a lifetime purchase — though Polar may still do so itself, at its own discretion, within 60 days of the purchase.
Liability
IZeat is provided as it is. The numbers it shows come from labels, your own words, reference values, or your assistant’s estimates, and every number says which. We are not liable for decisions you make from them. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending it
You can leave at any time by deleting your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if we do, you can export your data first.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
