  • Light cream cheese25 g
  • Mozzarella12.5 g
  • Parmesan10 g

Garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika and salt to taste; parsley to garnish if you like. These are not included in the nutrition figures.

How to make it

  1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and paprika. Air-fry at 200 °C for 18 to 20 minutes, or bake at 200 °C for 20 to 23 minutes, until tender and browned.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika and salt. Cook in the measured olive oil for 5 to 6 minutes, turning until cooked through.
  3. Lower the heat. Stir in the milk, cream cheese and parmesan until the sauce is smooth and coats the chicken.
  4. Fold in the cooked potatoes. Scatter over the mozzarella, cover the pan for 4 to 5 minutes until melted, then serve.
