  • Potatoes300 g
  • Greek yogurt, 0%121 g
  • Cucumber112 g
  • Tomatoes62 g
  • Lemon juice19 g
  • Red onion14 g

Weigh the chicken and potatoes raw. Divide the listed yogurt, cucumber and lemon juice between the components; do not add a second uncounted portion.

Garlic, dried oregano, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt and black pepper to taste. These are not included in the nutrition figures.

How to make it

  1. Use about a quarter of the listed yogurt for the chicken marinade, keeping the rest for tzatziki. Mix the chicken with that yogurt, some of the lemon juice, all the listed olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Dice and season the potatoes with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Air-fry at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender. Finish with some of the listed lemon juice.
  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers and air-fry for about 12 minutes, until cooked through.
  4. Dice about two thirds of the cucumber for the salad. Toss with the tomatoes, onion, parsley and some of the lemon juice. Grate and squeeze the remaining cucumber dry, then stir it into the reserved yogurt with garlic, the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve with the chicken and potatoes.
