Where diets slip, IZeat is with you.

A restaurant menu, a plate at friends', a takeaway with no label, a fridge with no plan: the meals you'd usually let go. Your assistant helps you choose, estimate or cook, and the meal is logged.

    At the restaurant.

Pick what fits. Snap the menu: your assistant lights up the dishes that fit what's left today.

  2. A friends' dinner table from above: a dish of lasagne, a salad bowl, bread and red wine

    Shared dishes, no portions

Say what you took. A slice, two spoons, a glass: your assistant turns each into an estimate.

  3. A chicken bowl seen from above, a fork beside it for scale

    At work.

Estimate the takeaway. Snap it with your fork beside it: your assistant asks about oil and sauce, then logs an estimate.

  4. An open fridge on a weekday evening: eggs, a block of cheddar and a bag of spinach on the middle shelf

Cook what's there. Snap the fridge: a meal that fits what's left, made with what you have.

Every meal adds up. See the bigger picture.

Ask how your week went: your assistant answers with the IZeat card, every day against your target.

A few things you might wonder.

Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Connect IZeat to your ChatGPT or Claude account: your assistant handles the conversation, and IZeat keeps your food journal. On Claude, a free account can add one custom connector, which is all IZeat needs. On ChatGPT, a custom connector is added in developer mode, and OpenAI states that its availability depends on the account and the workspace policy, so check yours. Your assistant provider’s usage limits still apply.

How are calories and macros calculated?

The numbers can come from a product label, recipe ingredients and quantities you provide, or an estimate when those details are missing. Each entry identifies its source. A calculation based on known quantities is distinguished from an estimate.

Where do the recipes come from?

From IZeat’s own catalogue. Each recipe is calculated from its ingredients and their weights, never copied from a post or a label, and the creator who inspired it is credited when there is one. IZeat sizes each plate to what is left of your day. The catalogue comes with the trial and with a subscription.

What is the IZeat score?

An estimate, from 0 to 100, of how well a dish keeps hunger away for the next two to three hours, at the same calories. It weighs how much food you get per calorie, its protein and its fibre. It is not a health grade, and it never tells you what you should eat.

Can I log a packaged food or a ready meal?

Yes. Send a photo of its nutrition label or type the values: your assistant reads them back before logging, so a misread figure is caught, and the entry is marked as coming from the label.

What if I don’t know the exact portion?

Your assistant can ask about the portion, ingredients and cooking fat to help estimate it. A photo helps identify the food, but cannot reveal every quantity or hidden ingredient. Estimated entries are marked as estimates.

Can I correct a meal after logging it?

Yes. Tell your assistant what changed, such as the amount you ate or an ingredient, and ask it to update the meal in your journal.

Are there ads or extra paid features?

IZeat has no ads and no in-product upsells. Monthly and annual subscriptions include the same product. Any paid plan you hold with your assistant provider is separate from IZeat and is theirs to charge.

I have a code from a creator. Where does it go?

Enter it at checkout, when you choose your subscription after the trial. The reduction applies to your first payment.

How do the trial and cancellation work?

Try IZeat for 7 days without a payment card. To continue after the trial, choose a subscription. You can cancel renewal from your account; ordinary cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period.
