Ingredients

For the whole dish, 1 serving.

  • 50gegg
  • 80gcottage cheese, blended smooth
  • 18grolled oats, blitzed to a fine flour
  • 20gwhey protein, Optimum Nutrition vanilla
  • 7gcocoa powder
  • 2gbaking powder
  • 5gdark chocolate, half a square

Weigh everything raw. Blitz the oats to a fine flour before weighing. A mug cake loses almost no water in 70 seconds, so the dish weighs about what went in.

A pinch of salt and sweetener (Canderel) to taste. These are not included in the nutrition figures.
