Ingredients

  • Cooked white rice150 g
  • Honey14 g
  • Sriracha12 g
  • Olive oil0.8 g

Weigh the salmon raw and the rice after cooking. This adaptation adds rice to the original salmon bites; its 150 g is included in the nutrition shown.

Salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper to taste; minced garlic in the glaze if you like. These are not included in the nutrition figures.

How to make it

  1. Cut the skinless salmon into cubes and coat lightly with the measured oil. Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper.
  2. Air-fry at 190 °C for 6 minutes.
  3. Mix the honey and sriracha, brush over the salmon and air-fry for 1 to 2 minutes more, until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Spoon the cooked rice into a bowl and add the glazed salmon.
