IZeat

IZeat is the calorie tracker inside ChatGPT, Claude or any other assistant. Tell the assistant you already use what you ate instead of searching for foods and entering them one by one. IZeat is a database, a rules engine and a read-only web app behind an MCP server; the assistant the customer already uses is the only way in, and the web is where they look at a day, a week and their account.

The product is built on one observation: nobody quits a diet for lack of numbers, they quit at the keyboard, weighing, searching, picking among ten entries, four times a day, for months. IZeat deletes that screen. A meal is a sentence; the assistant records the items with their grams, figures and source, and replies with a receipt that says what was recorded and what is left against a target the customer chose.

What IZeat refuses is as defining as what it does: no entry form on the web, no chat of its own, no crowd-sourced database, no streaks or badges, no red for a day over target, no number from a plate photo without asking how much and cooked in what. It records, it compares, and it says which numbers are measured and which are estimated. The customer keeps their data, can export it whole and can delete the account themselves.

Put it into practice: Logging a meal.
